If you have ordered customization on an item, you must fill out the Customization Form to complete your order. You will not be billed until this information is received.Additional setup fees may be charged for customized items.
If additional fees are required to complete your order, we WILL NOT process your payment until we have contacted you regarding changes.
Our online customization form is set up for your convenience. However, due to the nature of customization, further contact may be required on customized items. We like to get things right the first time. Please include your day time phone number on the embroidery form in case we need to contact you.
