We have a knowledgeable, hands-on staff, with backgrounds ranging from Fire & Rescue to Law Enforcement to Military. Your life, as well as the lives of others depends upon quality equipment. Therefore, we touch, test, use and abuse the products we sell. That�s our version of quality control. Service? Something (as a principle or quality) intrinsically valuable or desirable. As a small, family owned, operated and oriented company, we retain certain �values� that we hold in high regard. We believe in being forthcoming, and honest in our dealings. We believe a company is only as good as it's people. *How do you define value?*
Mama	Treating people like people is by far the primary focus of this company. I've had some customers for 10 years, and they've stuck by me for one reason - I'm a Goddess.
Papa	Well...What do you really say about yourself to your customers? I have been in the Public Safety equipment industry since the turn of the century (Had to make it sound like a long time) and serve my community as a Firefighter with our local Fire District. We may not be as big as that one company that prints the shiny thick catalog every week. Or that other company that calls...and calls...and calls again to see if you need any more barricade tape this hour. What we have is simple elegance. My goal is not to pillage budgets nationwide, but rather to be able to drive coast to coast and not have to pay for coffee anywhere in between.
